Ever had it when you have guests over and have nothing to give them?? Fear not! I bring snacks :)
These pittas are super quick and healthy and can be served with any type of dip - I served them with some homemade Harrissa Hummus and some homemade red pepper bread. So so tasty!!
Ingredients:
- 2 Wholewheat pittas sliced into triangles
- 3tbsp Garlic oil
- 1/4 tsp dried mixed herbs
- Pre-heat your grill to med-high heat
- In a small bowl mix herbs and garlic oil in a small bowl and brush over the pitta triangles
- put under the grill for around 5-7mins or until golden brown - make sure you watch these little beauties, they can burn quite quickly!
- Serve with some yummy hummus and dips
- ENJOY ! X
